A team of our lawyers have developed extensive expertise and a solid reputation in regional, national and international maritime affairs. We’re one of just a few Canadian firms to offer specialized expertise in this high-stakes, multidisciplinary area of law.

Our marine department has developed an international reputation in the carriage and sale of bulk cargoes including minerals, petroleum and natural gas. We assist our clients in finding tonnage and marketing cargoes on the international scene. We also advise our clients on environmental risks associated with marine carriage both in Canada and abroad.
