Description
Stéphanie Auclair joined Langlois Kronström Desjardins after completing her articles at the firm.
She began her career in both the Business Law and Litigation groups. Her practice primarily involves transactions, corporate reorganizations and general commercial matters. She also assists lawyers in the construction and insolvency & restructuring areas with research, drafting and strategy development.
Stéphanie distinguished herself during her studies through her pleading skills, winning the Canadian Bar Association, Québec Branch's prize for second-best pleader at the Pierre Basile Mignault mooting competition. She also had the opportunity to work as a clerk for a Court of Québec judge and continues to be actively involved in her community.
Stéphanie also distinguished herself during her university career by being awarded several bursaries, including that from the Dean of the Sherbrooke University Law Faculty awarded to the ten students with the best marks for the 2009-2010 academic year.

2010 - Participated in the updating and delivery of a presentation on recent developments and major court decisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act to Court of Québec judges at a Judicial Council seminar in St. Sauveur, Québec
