Description
Gabrielle Brochu works mainly in civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, professional liability, and disciplinary issues.
In the course of her practice, she has represented insurers, businesses, and professionals before civil, administrative, and disciplinary courts and tribunals. She has also been involved in class action suits.
In 2010 Gabrielle completed a Masters Degree in Private International Law in which she addressed a number of legal issues raised when Quebec workers are temporarily assigned to work abroad.
