As a specialist in business restructuring and insolvency, he serves as legal counsel for financial institutions, businesses, trustees (in cases where the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act applies) and controllers (in cases where the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act is used).
He has served as a member of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy’s oral examination committee for the licensing of trustees-in-bankruptcy.
