Nathalie Dubé is a litigator practicing mainly in the insurance and professional & disciplinary law fields. Her areas of expertise are analysis and drafting, as well as making representations before civil and disciplinary courts and tribunals.
Her disciplinary law expertise led her to co-author, with other lawyers from the firm, a summary of professional law that was published in 2007.
Nathalie had the opportunity to work as a researcher for Superior Court justices Suzanne Hardy-Lemieux and Jean-Claude Beaulieu in 1999–2000.
She received awards for best litigator and best mooting pair at Laval University’s Coupe du Doyen moot court competition in 1999.

Pen v. Township of Melbourne
Appeared before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal with Jean-Guy Villeneuve to obtain an exemption from municipal taxes.
Chambre des huissiers de justice
Legal proceedings taken by the Chambre des huissiers de justice (order of bailiffs) against several persons who were not members of the order, for illegally practicing the profession.
Appeared and made representations before the order’s Disciplinary Committee.
