Description
Marilyn Emery began her career at Langlois Kronström Desjardins in the Labour and Administrative Law Group, after completing her Québec Bar articles at the Commission des normes du travail , Québec's labour standards board. During her studies at the University of Montréal, Marilyn worked for two consecutive years for administrative law professor France Houle. In 2010 she was awarded the Marie-Paule Scott Commemorative Scholarship by the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals (CCAT).
Since joining Langlois Kronström Desjardins, Marilyn has primarily practiced labour law, performing research, drafting, and strategy development in that area.
