Dimitri Maniatis, partner at Langlois Kronström Desjardins, will be speaking at McGill University’s Conference on International Aviation Liability and Insurance, to be held in Montreal on October 30-31, 2009. Over 200 hundred participants are expected to attend the conference.
Dimitri will moderate a panel of experts from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom addressing the recovery of non-pecuniary damages in aircraft accident litigation.
