Langlois Kronström Desjardins lawyer and strategic consultant Jean-Paul L’Allier will take part in the Kingdom of Morocco's national forum on urban development on January 22 and 23, 2009, in Skhirat. He attends at the invitation of the minister of the Interior.

Drawing on urban planning experience accumulated during his term as mayor of Québec City, Mr. L'Allier will participate in a workshop entitled "Local Integrated Strategy for Urban Development." The theme of the forum is Challenges in Urban Development
