Over the years, Marc has published a number of general articles on labour law in newspapers and magazines, including articles in the newspaper Le Soleil in 2005 and 2006 on whistleblowing, employee criminal records, the obligation of loyalty, protection of privacy, work absenteeism, job interviews, accommodation in the workplace, etc.

Negotiations spokesperson for Ministry of Justice Represented Quebec’s Justice Ministry in negotiations on a collective agreement for prison guards.
Negotiations spokesperson for the Quebec association of appliance-repair contractors (AEEMQ) Represented the employers’ negotiating committee in negotiating a collective agreement—extended by decree—for the AEEMQ
Attorney for the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec (Order of Quebec bailiffs) before the Order’s disciplinary committee Made representations on behalf of the Order in a Montreal case involving Denver Boot-type automobile wheel immobilizers.
