Description
Pierre-Olivier Lessard began practicing in the firm’s labour & administrative law department in 2008, focusing on labour relations, occupational health & safety and administrative law. He acts primarily on behalf of employers, representing them before civil courts, administrative tribunals and arbitration boards in matters involving industrial accidents, termination of the employer/employee relationship and grievances arising from the interpretation of collective agreements.
