Description
Patrick Naccache is a lawyer and trade-mark agent in the Business Law group, where he is primarily involved in financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases, shareholder dispute resolution, securities, and intellectual property matters.
Before joining Langlois Kronström Desjardins, Patrick practised intellectual property law in a national legal firm, where he was involved in filing and registering various patents and trade-marks.
He practises in a variety of industrial segments, including financial institutions, retail pharmacy, restaurant franchising and food production. He has also acquired in-depth knowledge of the music and recording industry, where he worked for a number of years.
Patrick is known for his creativity and business sense, and his wide-ranging experience includes a university degree in sciences.
