Jean-Daniel Bélanger joins the business law team, a field in which he has worked since being admitted to the bar in 2006.

A Université de Montréal alumnus, Jean-Daniel Bélanger also holds a foreign studies diploma from Université Lumière Lyon II, where he completed a business law microprogram.

Recently he has worked in private practice where he developed his skills in the fields of public and private funding, securities, corporate governance, and corporate law. He has also assisted boards of directors in implementing best practices in corporate governance as well as in the revision and drafting of commercial contracts.
