Québec City, January 26, 2009—The law firm Langlois Kronström Desjardins is happy to announce the appointment of three new partners.
David Héroux (Quebec Bar, 2000). David Héroux works in civil and commercial litigation. He regularly practices in civil courts and administrative tribunals.
Since the beginning of his practice, David has developed considerable experience in insurance law and has represented a number of major insurance companies in Quebec. He is frequently called on to give presentations on insurance issues.
Éric Latulippe (Quebec Bar, 2000). Éric Latulippe works mainly as a legal advisor and attorney in administrative, labour, and occupational health & safety law. He is particularly involved with large associations from the manufacturing and farming sectors, and with a number of municipalities and school boards.
As part of his practice, he advises clients, draws up various contracts, and negotiates agreements, including collective agreements. He regularly pleads cases before various specialized administrative tribunals such as Commission des relations du travail and Commission des lésions professionnelles and appears before grievance adjudicators. He also litigates in various civil courts.
Annie Pelletier (Quebec Bar, 1997). Annie Pelletier has appeared before civil courts since the very start of her career, notably in civil and commercial matters.
For a number of years now her practice has focused on the field of insurance, where she has represented clients who have sued and been sued in cases concerning liability, defamation, latent defects, construction, and other matters. Anne is a passionate attorney, and for her each case is a new challenge where she develops a strategy that will serve the best interests of her clients.
