Montréal, August 18, 2009— Law firm Langlois Kronström Desjardins, with offices in Montréal, Québec City and Lévis, is pleased to announce that three new lawyers have recently joined its team in the areas of litigation and business law.
David Drouin-Lê (Quebec Bar 2009) has joined the litigation department of the Montréal office after completing his articles there. A graduate of McGill University with degrees in both common law and civil law, David took his oath of office as a lawyer on July 28. He is particularly interested in public and administrative law issues. In addition to publishing two articles on those subjects while an articling student, David deepened his knowledge of the field while working at the Tribunal administratif du Québec as law clerk to an administrative judge. He also distinguished himself during his studies at McGill both by winning several scholarships for academic excellence, and through his involvement in the student press.
Charles Daigle (Quebec Bar 2009) has joined the firm’s Québec City office as a lawyer after completing his articles there. During his university career, Charles was president of the students’ association of Laval University’s Faculty of Law. Since arriving at the firm, Charles has worked primarily in the area of commercial litigation. He took his oath of office on August 11.
Marie-Pier Lefebvre (Quebec Bar 2009) has joined the Lévis office as a lawyer after completing her articles there and taking her oath of office on July 24. Since arriving at the firm, Marie-Pier has worked primarily in the area of business law, in matters such as mergers & acquisitions, sales of businesses, and corporate reorganizations.
We are pleased to welcome these three young lawyers with such varied profiles, and wish them every success in their careers at our firm.” stated Jean-François Gagnon, managing partner of Langlois Kronström Desjardins.
