Description
Richard Ramsay practices primarily in the area of civil & commercial litigation and routinely handles complex and wide-ranging files.
He has been involved, both as lawyer and arbitrator, in cases dealing with the liability of information technology consultants and other providers of information technology services. He has also negotiated master licence, maintenance, outsourcing and software development agreements in this field.
