Description
François-Xavier Thibodeau-Gagnon practises in the maritime law and civil and commercial litigation departments at Langlois Kronström Desjardins. His maritime law practice covers all aspects of Canadian and international marine activities. He also deals with a variety of major litigation files involving corporate entities, organizations and individuals in areas under both federal and provincial jurisdiction.
His practice involves him in hearings before various courts and tribunals, including the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to his arrival at the firm as a student and then articling student, François-Xavier obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Sherbrooke. During his studies, he had the opportunity to work as a manager in the automobile industry and as a clerk at the Superior Court of Québec.

2010 - Participated in the preparation of a conference presentation entitled "Managing Involuntary Absenteeism", delivered in Montréal by Mtre Paule Veilleux to human resources directors and executives from various industries.
