François Vallieres is a partner in our Québec City office practicing within the business law group.
François works mostly in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial law, including franchising. He has considerable experience in the planning, development, drafting, negotiating and review of a variety of commercial contracts.
In addition, François advises and represents corporations carrying on business in Quebec, the rest of Canada and abroad in regard to the incorporation of companies and the sale, merger, acquisition or reorganisation of businesses. He also advises businesses or their shareholders on matters of corporate reorganizations for fiscal or estate-planning purposes.
François is also frequently consulted as a strategic legal advisor for businesses or their shareholders.
